We give you our product recipes so you can make your own version at home.  We want to see you eat Swell whether you buy our products or not.  Find our recipes on full size packages as well.


 

Bites

Separately chop 12 pitted dates and 1 cup cashews. Combine them with a pinch of cinnamon in blender and pulse until doughy consistency. Roll into desired size. Add some love and enjoy!


Squares

Combine 1.5 C Almond Flour, .5 C Flaxseed Meal, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper. Pulse in a food processor until doughy. Roll to about 1/8”, then use knife to cut squares. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, rotating halfway through. Add some love and enjoy!
